Hello! Wow, I can't believe how hot it is today and how hot is was yesterday! I decided to photograph my card outside today because it's so nice and bright!I made this card for my dad for Father's Day, coming up in a couple of weeks. I thought this cute High Hopes image would be perfect, ha ha!

I used Glossy Accents on my image, which you can see a bit more clearly in the picture below. It looks like he's getting a good tan in the sun, hee hee! I'm really pleased with how it turned out and I really enjoyed doing the torn effect on the backing paper and the image. I saw it on one of my mum's vintage cards and thought I'd try it and I think I'll definitely use that on cards in future!
I've had a lovely week off school! I went to see the new Pirates of the Carribean film the other night and then went to Pizza Hut afterwards, and I thought the film was really good!
I've also been shopping and tonight I'm going to see Take That in Manchester for their Progress Tour, I'm so excited! I will definitely post some photos soon!
